This morning I took the MMPI-II and a another personality test in order to meet the Korea requirements. They were both long (one over 500 questions and the other close to 200). It was no fun, but it is over now. Now back to getting together a first birthday care package for my little boy! A much more fun prospect!
Hi Critter Crafter,
ReplyDeleteAs a fellow waiting momma, I know how hard it is to wait for news of when we can bring our children home and how stressful it can be to work to keep up with all the new requirements. As a momma of a 3 year old who has been home with us for almost two years now, I can tell you that it will all be worth it when you have your little boy in your arms. I just want to share something that our agency tells it's clients repeatedly: please be careful about what you put out there in your blog. Remember that it could be read by anyone in the world. I know you were joking about your test results after experiencing a very stressful situation. But if your remarks were taken out of context, they could have serious consequences for you and for all of our waiting families. Please, please be careful about what you say. I wish you the best of luck in bringing home your son!
I completely agree with you and my post was completely thoughtless. Thank you very much for your comment. I edited my post to take out what I did mean as a joke but could have very easily been badly interpreted by the Korean court. Thank you again for you comment!!
